Throughout the 90's Simon Cox was known as a House & Trance DJ playing his local club scene in Scotland. Nowadays, he prefers to play a mixture of deep, tech style house music with a funky edge. He has a unique ear for quality dance tracks which can be heard throughout all his mixes.

Who inspired you to start DJing?

"I struggle to remember my first introduction to dance/electronic music & DJ'ing, although seeing m.a.r.r.s performing "pump up the volume" on top of the pops in 86 or 87 sticks in my mind"

Artists that are doing it for you?

"There are so many DJ's & Producers which i follow and admire. However, tracks by Riva Starr & KINK and my favorite labels include Snatch, Defected, Get Physical and Toolroom to name a few.

Most memorable experience

"While most of my 20's to 30's are a bit of a blur, the best experience's where playing a small local venue packed out with around 400 clubbers, you just cant beat playing local gigs for your friends.
